  • Butternut Bisque w/Walnut & Goat Cheese Soup bowl $3.95
    Sausage & Chicken Gumbo
  • Chaugie Burger $9.95
    Angus beef burger with melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato & whiskey sauce topped with onion rings. Served with a pickle & waffle fries.
  • Wild Rice Chicken Salad $8.95
    Chicken salad mixed with raisins, wild rice, celery, craisins & parmesan peppercorn dressing with a touch of curry. This salad is topped with red grapes & served with pita wedges.
  • Honey BBQ Baby Back Ribs $14.75
    Pork ribs slow roasted in a honey BBQ sauce served with Cajun coleslaw & waffle fries.

Monday, November 2 – Sunday, November 8

  • Pasta Fagioli Soup bowl $3.95
    Split Pea w/Ham Soup
  • Red, White & Blue Burger $9.95
    Angus beef burger topped with mushrooms, caramelized onion, bleu cheese dressing, cheddar, Swiss cheese & French dressing served on pumpernickel bread with a pickle & waffle fries.
  • Ginger Lime Thai Salad $7.95
    Baby spinach, romaine, snow pea pods, red peppers, shredded carrots, scallions, radishes & spicy peanuts tossed with ginger lime dressing, garnished with roasted garlic chips, a nest of fried cellophane noodles & finished with a drizzle of Asian glaze. Add chicken, salmon, shrimp, vegetarian breaded soy filet or tofu for an additional charge.
  • Philly Cheese Steak $8.95
    Thinly sliced flank steak, sautéed peppers, onions & mushrooms topped with melted cheddar, American & cream cheese served on a baguette with mixed green salad or chips.

    Loaded Potato w/Cheddar & Sour Cream Soup
  • Baja Burger $9.95
    Angus beef burger topped with grilled mango, avocado, red onion, chipotle mayonnaise & Baja BBQ sauce. Served with a pickle & waffle fries.
  • Balsamic Glazed Chicken Panini $8.95
    Grilled chicken breast glazed with a balsamic reduction then topped with tomato, baby spinach, prosciutto, sautéed mushroom, garlic aioli & melted cheddar cheese on sourdough bread, served with a mixed green salad or chips.
  • Chaugie’s Chipotle Mac & Cheese $8.95
    Penne pasta folded in a creamy chipotle cheddar jack cheese sauce baked until golden. Served with a mixed green salad & garlic parmesan breadstick.

  • Black n’ Blue Burger $9.95
    Angus beef burger with Montreal seasoning, tomato, lettuce, caramelized onion, gorgonzola & BBQ sauce, served with a pickle & waffle fries.
  • Vietnamese Pork Sandwich (Banh Mi) $7.95
    Thinly sliced Asian spiced pork loin, mayonnaise, pickled carrots, daikon radishes, jalapeños, cucumbers, cilantro & soy sauce on a baguette with mixed green salad or chips. A delicious taste combination of sweet, tangy, spicy & crunchy.
  • Red Curry Chicken with Rice $10.95
    Chicken sautéed with coconut milk, red curry, garlic, sriracha chili sauce, red peppers, shredded carrots & snow peas served over white rice garnished with scallions.

    Angus beef burger with red onion, sliced mushroom, scallions, baby spinach & cucumbers, topped with Asian & Satay sauce, served with a pickle & waffle fries. (Satay sauce contains peanuts)
  • Chaugie’s Chicken Slider Trio $8.95
    with Two Crispy Bruschettas

    Crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with parmesan & Caesar dressing served with two crispy bruschettas. One topping is a delicious blend of shitake & portabella mushrooms sautéed with garlic, shallots & rosemary in a balsamic cream reduction. The second is topped with fresh diced tomato, basil, garlic & extra virgin olive oil.

  • Southwestern Black Bean w/Cheddar Soup bowl $3.95
    Creamy Kale & Sausage Soup
  • North of the Border Burger $9.95
    Angus beef burger topped with Canadian ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato & onion. Served with a pickle & waffle fries.
  • Jamaican Jerk Chicken Sandwich $8.50
    with Mango Salsa

    Spicy jerk chicken topped with roasted red pepper, mango salsa, melted cheddar & jerk mayonnaise, served on toasted ciabatta bread with a mixed green salad or chips.
  • Spicy Italian Sausage, Fresh Spinach $11.95
    & Roasted Tomatoes with Linguine

    Spicy Italian sausage with garlic, spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes & fresh basil tossed with linguine, roasted garlic oil & Asiago cheese. Served with a parmesan breadstick.

  • We accept: cash, Visa, MasterCard, & HuskyBucks. Points are accepted after 3:00pm seating.
  • Due to customer requests, parties of six or more will receive one bill. We realize that some of our patrons may be needing to return to work in a timely manner, and we will make every effort to expedite this process.
  • An 18% gratuity will be added to parties of 10 or more.
